Hier, je me suis fait quitter les lentilles qui protegaient mes cornées, come un pansement transparent. J'ai senti une douleur poinçante, et dès lors j'ai commencé à voir trouble. J'ai donc fermé les yeux et je me suis concentrée sur des poèmes que j'eus lu il y a plusieurs ans. Je les ai compris juste avant de m'être endormie. Quand je me suis reveillée, j'avais déjà oublié tout ce qui j'avais cru comprendre auparavant. Le trouble revint.
